Complaint from Phillip Arden Forney, TXabout 4 years agoHave been to Basepoint two times. You will see a nurse practitioner and it is very impersonal. After two visits the practioner changed my prescription without telling me. Dangerous practice that has countless bad reviews. Calls always go to voicemail and you are lucky to get a return call. My last visit I was told that one of my meds was going away and I would have to find another way to cope!
